This policy explains what data Vaerse's games and this website handle. The short version: we don't collect your data.

Who we are

Our games

Club de Mus, Club de Continental, Club de Chinchón, Club de Tute and, once released, Solitario Village do not ask for an account, name, email or any other personal data.

They include no ads, no analytics and no third-party tools, and they connect to no server: they work offline.

Your progress (games, settings, achievements and, in Solitario Village, your village) is stored only on your device and never leaves it. If you uninstall the app or clear its data, it is lost.

This website

We use no cookies, no analytics and we load no fonts, scripts or images from other sites: everything is served from our own domain.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which may process technical connection data (such as the IP address) to deliver the pages and protect the service. If you write to us, we use your email only to reply.

If this changes

If a game ever includes ads or in-app purchases, we will say so first on this page, on the store listing and inside the app itself, and we will ask for your consent where the law requires it.

Children

Our games are not directed at children under 13, although we do not collect data from anyone.

Your rights

Since we do not process personal data through the games, there is no data to access, correct or delete. If you have written to us and want your message deleted, ask us at soporte@vaerse.com.
